A big thank you to all the brides, grooms, parents, entourages, and exhibitors who took part in The Ring's Brantford Wedding Expo. We hope it was a wonderful experience for all of you!

The expo was an opportunity to connect with decorators, floral designers, DJs, photographers, videographers, musicians, gown shops, photo booths, transportation services, wedding and life budget experts, formal wear shops, beauty and health services, gifts, travel, venues, officiants, wedding supplies, favours & wedding registries, and much more.

This semi-annual event is scheduled to run again on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at the Affinity Conference Centre. We’d love to have you join us! Here are all the details:

SHOW DATE: Saturday, March 28, 2026

TIMES: 11 am to 3 pm

LOCATION: Affinity Conference Centre | 30 Fen Ridge Ct, Brantford, ON N3V 1G2

ADMISSION PRICE: Free when you register online, otherwise, just $10 each at the door

GRAND PRIZE: $1000 Wedding Cash (to be used with any of the attending Brantford Expo Exhibitor)

CUSTOM LABELS: Don’t forget to select custom labels when you register to save you time and effort when filling out ballots to win prizes at the show. (Labels close on Tuesday, March 24th at noon to allow time for printing.)
